Kara and Cait will be leading you on a retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Glamping Tago - from Prague to Peaks
Glamping Tago was created to bring people closer to nature and closer to each other, while still having the comforts of home. They believe that the world’s best experiences, moments and memories are the ones that connect people with nature and with each other. Passion for nature is what brought this place to life.
Living in the city often means being surrounded by constant distractions: the relentless noise of traffic, the glow of screens, and the hustle and bustle of daily life. This fast-paced environment can make it challenging to find moments of peace and clarity. Reconnecting with nature offers a much-needed respite from this urban chaos. Immersing ourselves in the natural world allows us to unplug from our devices, breathe fresh air, and engage in simple, grounding activities. This return to nature not only rejuvenates our minds and bodies but also fosters a sense of community and belonging as we share these experiences with others. Embracing the tranquility of the outdoors helps us to reset, finding balance and renewed energy away from the distractions of city living.
At Glamping Tago, you have the opportunity to take part in daily yoga and meditation sessions, while cultivating a deeper connection to both nature and your fellow retreat goers.
Our Retreat
This retreat is designed for providing space for both relaxation & adventure. You can have one or the other, or a little bit of both.
We’ll start and end each day with a yoga practice. Glamping Tago has a panoramic dome shala with lovely views of the mountains. The classes will be a mix of everything, tailored to the group’s needs on the day. Knowing both Cait & Kara love Rocket & strong Vinyasas you can expect to sweat at least once a day!
We’ll have both buffet breakfast and dinners included in our stay, and during lunchtime you can order delicious food at the restaurant a la carte or just go for a light snack.
During the days we can go for long nature walks or just relax and read a book. There is a sauna available for free to use at our leisure. There are daytrips organized by Glamping Tago to take nearby, have a look below for the beautiful places in our surrounding areas.

Khikhani Fortress Off-road Tour
There is no better way to travel within Adjara, than by taking a thrilling off-road tour with Glamping Tago’s guides along Khikhani Fortress. You will find yourself strolling among remains of an old castle, 2200 meters above sea level. On the way to this medieval fortress you can also see: Skhalta church and Shuamta lakes. Otsinari Lake Off-road Tour
Join us behind the wheel for a professionally driven adrenaline tour. One day of adventure exploring the mountain regions of Adjara. Our small tour includes: visiting Skhalta Monastery and Otsinari Lake. We offer pure adrenaline travel on the legendary UAZ car.
Uchko Canyoning
This experience is the thrill of a lifetime! Canyoning allows you to navigate down the mountain river or abseil the waterfalls. Uchkho Canyon is a place where you will witness the beauty of Adjara. Never abseiled the waterfalls before? no problem – Glamping Tago will arrange 10 waterfalls in a day and we promise, this will give you much more adrenaline than you can imagine.
Wim Hof method and the “Breathe” sauna reboot program
The Wim Hof method, trekking and sauna reboot in TAGO glamping. A program of wellness awaits you through adventure and slowdown at the same time – because, as you know, the greatest pleasure comes from contrast. Fire and Ice. Tracking and meditation. Scientifically based method – breathing, working with cold, meditation in super-species locations. And a soft “Breathe-Sauna” program with professional collective or personal steaming SPA.

HALF DOME DORMITORY
The Half Dome tent functions as a hostel, family or group room, so it has one shared room that can accommodate up to 9 people. Here is what awaits you:
Three Tiers
In total, there are 9 beds in the dome tent and they are divided into three tiers: lower, middle and upper ones.
Breathtaking views
The Half Dome tent has large panoramic windows. Guests of all tiers will be able to watch beautiful landscapes, and at the very top tier there is a panoramic roof to enjoy not only the daytime sun, but also the starry sky.
Balcony
Speaking of breathtaking views, the Half Dome Tent also has a cozy balcony. And given to the fact that the tent itself is located on a high platform, mountain views and sunset/dawn views are guaranteed!

You will find 2 shared bathroom blocks at the Glamping.
One is located next to the restaurant and contains 3 showers and 3 toilets. Some with amazing views.
The other block is located under the dormitory and contains 2 showers and 2 toilets. These all have incredible views.

Imagine being wrapped in a blanket watching sparks and glowing ash float languidly up into the starry sky above.
But you know what the best thing is about the campfire at Tago’s? It is the connection that it creates between people sitting in one big circle. Let’s add some Georgian wine to this and nothing more is needed. Because life is all about the small things like this.

Unwind in the soothing sauna.
Explore Glamping Tago’s unique Sauna-Tent, created from a converted Lotus Belle tent and equipped with a wood stove, forming a cozy and intimate space.
Each evening the sauna is lit between 18h – 21h.
